Big news! Washington State Senator Patty Murray has secured $800,000 for United Way of King County’s Home Grocery Delivery Program as part of a multi-million dollar funding package for projects across Washington state.
This federal investment will allow us to continue serving thousands of families who can't easily access traditional food banks due to disabilities, transportation barriers, or work schedules. Since launching in 2020, our Home Grocery Delivery Program has completed over 900,000 deliveries, making us one of the largest food bank delivery services in the nation. |
